Born: 5/29/1928, Moab, Utah obit to be added at later date. Tributes: NORMA WAS A RAY OF SUNSHINE IN OUR LIVES, SHE WOULD COME TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE SPOTLESS AND ALSO LIFT OUR SPIRITS WITH HER VISITS. SHE GAVE THE BEST HUGS EVER. WHEN I WOULD VISIT HER IN FRUITA SHE DIDN'T REMEMBER ME BUT IT DIDN'T MATTER TO EITHER OF US. BECAUSE OF SURGERY WE ARE AT OUR KIDS AND WON'T BE IN MOAB IN TIME FOR THE SERVICES, BUT YOU ALL WILL BE IN OUR THOUGHTS.- Richard and Mary Jane CozzensNorma Day has been a wonderful influence for love and service in my life. So much fun! I am so happy for her to move to her next phase. My love to the Day family as you all celebrate this wonderful life of a wonderful person. Sorry I will be away for a wedding at the time of the funeral. Wish I could be with you all. A fun memory: When her memory was beginning to fade, Norma came to my house to help me make a quilt. She said her hands wouldn't work to tie a quilt so she was going to clean my house while I tied the quilt. When she got ready to go home, she pointed at my oven door (which she had TAKEN APART COMPLETELY and which was now thoroughly clean and in pieces on the kitchen floor) and said, "I have no idea how to put that back together." So much fun! I love you, Norm! - Michelle WalkerMy sweet Norma going to miss you.
