W J Tyler Palmer
Born: 3/23/1985, Virginia Beach, Virginia
Tyler was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia on March 23, 1985 and was a Moab resident since 2006.
He is survived by wife Wendy and three year-old son Gunner, his parents Julie and Jim Palmer of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sister, Nicole Manley (Robbins) of Breckenridge, Colorado; and many loving friends and members of Tyler's and Wendy's extended families including her Moab aunt and uncle, Eve Tallman and Ralph Ferrara.
Tyler was a wonderful father to Gunner and a devoted husband to Wendy. Travel and photography brought him great joy and he was an adventurous outdoorsman and gifted athlete. He was a compassionate guiding light as a wilderness therapy leader and he turned many lives around. He is remembered as kind and considerate, full of love for his family and a solid anchor for his many friends.
