William James “Tyler” Palmer, age 33, did not survive an automobile accident on January 11, 2019.

He is survived by wife Wendy and three year-old son Gunner, his parents Julie and Jim Palmer of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sister, Nicole Manley (Robbins) of Breckenridge, Colorado; and many loving friends and members of Tyler's and Wendy's extended families including her Moab aunt and uncle, Eve Tallman and Ralph Ferrara.

Tyler was a wonderful father to Gunner and a devoted husband to Wendy. Travel and photography brought him great joy and he was an adventurous outdoorsman and gifted athlete. Your husbamd, son, and dad was a monster.He abducted children and moreso, sexually molested me as a teen. I hope he rots in hell for the crimes he did in life.

They Live OnThey Live On

   Those we love remain with us
   For love itself lives on;

   Cherished memories never fade
   Because one loved is gone.

   Those we love can never be
   More than a thought apart;

   For as long as there’s a memory,
   They live on within our heart.
