Naomi Louise "Pat" Bickers

Pat Bickers was born to Hugh and Georgia Ann Mullins on October 8, 1922 in Oakwood, Texas. She passed away on April 3, 2010, soon after her 67th wedding anniversary.

She was married to Henry B. "Jack" Bickers, and was a member of St. Francis Episcopal Church of Moab. Pat was an expert quilter and doll maker.

She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur, Texas in 1940, as a member of the National Honor Society. She attended Port Arthur Business College and worked for Texaco in Port Neches, Texas, where she married Jack Bickers.

Jack and Pat retired early and moved to Moab permanently in 1981, after many vcation trips; one of many who came here to "jeep" as they say.

Pat is survived by her husband Jack; and three daughters Pamela Louise Thompson of Midland, Texas, Jean Ann Bickers of LaSal, Utah, and Karen Romaine Diaz of Denver, Colorado. She leaves three granddaughters, three grandsons, two great-grandsons, and three great-granddaughters.

To know Pat was to love her and she will be greatly missed.
