They Live OnThey Live On

   Those we love remain with us
   For love itself lives on;

   Cherished memories never fade
   Because one loved is gone.

   Those we love can never be
   More than a thought apart;

   For as long as there’s a memory,
   They live on within our heart.

TRIBUTES

The class of 1969 Grand County High School is hosting a celebration of Christy's life on September 14th. We also had a small grove of trees planted in a national park in her honor. She was a valued member of our class.

Christy and I have known each other since elementary school but 5 in years ago became fast friends. We spoke almost daily and I grew to love her wit, intellect and heartfelt commitments. She loved her family so much. She always mentioned great times had with Mom, siblings and later, her boys and grandchildren. I felt like I was right there camping alongside her and her boys! I know that Mike has lovingly cared for her and been her rock for many many years. She said many times that she could not have had the care and help to stay in her home if not for Mike. She will be greatly missed, but I know she is at peace and rest in the Lord she trusted in! See ya soon dear friend.

In 1955 I was Tinas babysitter. I loved taking care of Christy and Sandy and Gregg. I would take them to the movie on Saturday afternoon . I'm sorry to hear about Christy.
